(Renfrew County, Ontario) – On December 15th 2016, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB) and Renfrew OPP Detachment executed a search warrant at a residence on Argyle Street South in Renfrew (Ontario).
As a result of the warrant a quantity of cocaine and marihuana was seized.
Desmond Warren (59) of Renfrew (ON) was arrested and charged with the following:
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking of Schedule I Substance CDSA
Import Schedule I Substance CDSA
Possession of Schedule II Substance CDSA, two counts
Fail to Comply with Recognizance CC, three counts
Resist Peace Officer CC
Possession of Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order CC
He was held in custody pending the outcome of a bail hearing on December 16th 2016, at the Pembroke Ontario Court of Justice.
Sherra White (41) of Ottawa (ON) was arrested and charged with the following:
Possession of Schedule II Substance CDSA
Fail to Comply with Probation Order CC
She was released on a Promise to Appear and Undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Renfrew Ontario Court of Justice on January 18th, 2016
