(LEAMINGTON, ON) – On December 18, 2016, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) initiatives at various locations in the Municipality of Leamington, Ontario.
At approximately 3:00 p.m. on Erie Street North, a Leamington man driving a black GMC pickup truck subsequently failed an Alcohol Screening Device test and was arrested.
Thomas SNADEN, age 56 of Leamington, Ontario will appear in a Leamington courtroom on January 19, 2017 to answer to the charge of Drive Motor Vehicle – Exceed 80 Milligrams of Alcohol.
SNADEN’s drivers licence was suspended and his vehicle has been impounded as per the regulations of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
Approximately 550 vehicles were checked at 3 R.I.D.E locations.
