(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) –Members of the County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to attend a building under construction located on Folsetter Drive in the County of Brant at approximately 12:25 p.m. on 17 December 2016 in response to a break and enter.
OPP officers attended R W Metals located at 31 Folsetter Drive in the County of Brant and conducted their investigation. It was found that the thieves stole tools including generators, impact kits and screw guns valued at over $5200.
OPP have charged 37-year-old Kyle SWAYZE of the County of Brant with the following offences contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada:

Fail to comply with probation order x 2
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges.
