(DRYDEN, ON) – On Friday December 16, 2016 at approximately 3:42 p.m. members of the Dryden Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single motor vehicle collision involving a pickup truck on Townline Road in Machin Township.
As a result of the investigation the driver, Gordon DINGMAN (70 yrs old) of Machin Township has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle contrary to section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code and drive with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code. DINGMAN has been released from custody and will appear in Dryden court on January 3, 2017to answer to the charge.
