(NORTHEASTERN MANITOULIN AND THE ISLANDS TOWNSHIP, ON) – On December 22, 2016, a member of the Manitoulin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Highway 6, at Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands (NEMI) Township, Ontario.
As a result of the investigation, Nicholas Jett McGRAW, age 27 of Aundek Omni Kaning First Nation, Ontario has been charged with possession of cannabis marihuana under 30 grams, contrary section 4(1) to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Gore Bay, Ontario on January 17, 2017.
