(FORT FRANCES, ON) – On December 27, 2016 at approximately 1:53 a.m. Fort Frances Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a motorized snow vehicle collision on 2nd Street East in Fort Frances.
It was reported that a motorized snow vehicle (MSV) carrying 2 male occupants collided with a parked pickup truck. Both the driver and passenger of the motorized snow vehicle were ejected. Both occupants were transported to the hospital for medical treatment. The extent of the injuries is unknown at this time.
Fort Frances OPP officers are being assisted by the OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) and the investigation is continuing. An update will be provided at a later time.
