(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On January 15, 2017 at approximately 8:51 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 2001 Chrysler vehicle travelling on Hwy. 10 in the Township of Chatsworth for having an expired permit. The driver, 46-year old Mark James MERRIFIELD of the Township of Chatsworth was found to be a suspended driver. He was issued a Notice of Suspension as well as a Provincial Offence Notice for operating a motor vehicle with an expired permit.
