(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) Hate and Bias Crime Unit has charged a 19-year-old Ottawa woman in relation to this incident.

- Mischief – interfering with lawful use, enjoyment, or operation of property (3 counts)
- Uttering threats (2 counts)
- Assault
- Breach of Peace Bond
She is scheduled to appear in court on April 30.
