Murder – Howard Brodsky Arrested

Region of Peel – Investigators with the Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau have arrested and charged an individual in connection with a homicide that occurred in Mississauga.

On Monday, April 27, at approximately 8:35 a.m., police and paramedics responded to a call for an unresponsive male at a business plaza located at 450 Matheson Boulevard East.

Upon arrival, officers located a male inside a store suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite lifesaving efforts, the male succumbed to his injuries.

The victim has been identified as a 62-year-old man from Mississauga.

As a result of the investigation, Howard Brodsky, 70, of Thornhill, has been arrested and charged with:

  • First Degree Murder

He has been remanded into custody.
