(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On March 20, 2017 at 12:03 p.m., members of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police were called to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 518.
Investigation has revealed that a female had been involved in a collision. Upon speaking with the driver, police determined that she had consumed alcohol.
As a result of the investigation,
Laurel GOLLE, 48 years of age from Seguin Township was arrested and charged with;
Driving While Ability Impaired, contrary to section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada (CC)
Driving with more than 80mgs, contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the CC
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on April 6, 2017.
