(South Glengarry) – On April 2, 2017 at approximately 11:18pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of a minor 2-vehicle collision at a property on Hay Rad, South Glengarry Township. Investigation indicated that the adult male driver of one of the vehicles involved was under the influence of alcohol.
Chad MCDONELL (33) of Cornwall, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Driving a Motor Vehicle While Impaired
– Driving a Motor Vehicle With More Than 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
– Drive a Motor Vehicle – No Licence (Highway Traffic Act (HTA)
– Novice Driver – Blood Alcohol Content Above Zero (HTA)
He was released and is scheduled to appear on the Criminal Code charges at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria on May 13, 2017.
