(LAMBTON, ON) – On Monday March 3rd, 2017 at just before midnight, Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to a 911 call at an address located on Arthur Street, Point Edward, ON.
Lambton County OPP responded to a residence located in the 300 block of Arthur Street, Point Edward and upon arrival was informed by the complainant that upon returning to the residence that night, the complainant discovered a male party inside the residence. The male party was known by the complainant and was located by OPP in the area a short time later. No injuries were reported by any of the involved parties in relation to this incident.
The male was identified as 57 year old Richard Wayne BRAMHAM of Point Edward, ON. and the accused has been arrested and charged with,

The accused will be held for a bail hearing in the Sarnia Ontario Court of Justice on Monday April 4th, 2017.
