(OTONABEE-SOUTH MONAGHAN TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision on Peterborough County Road 2, last night shortly after 11:00pm.
The driver was found to have been drinking. Ken BRAITHWAITE (age 64) of Peterborough, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
Care and control of a vehicle while impaired
Care and control of a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario on May 11, 2017.
