(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On June 25, 2017, at approximately 3:50 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop of a motor vehicle on Denfield Road, Municipality of Middlesex Centre.
Officers determined that the 48-year-old male driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. He was placed under arrest and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath tests.
As a result of the police investigation, Steven MCCULLOUGH, of Middlesex Centre, has been charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC) and Possession of a Schedule I Substance, pursuant to the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act (CDSA).
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear (PTA) and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on July 28th, 2017.
