Dismembered Cat Triggers Police Investigation

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On 28 July 2017, officers from the Quinte West detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), along with a member of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (OSPCA) attended a Frankford address. Officers were investigation the discovery of a dismembered cat.

The investigation is continuing with the OSPCA taking the lead investigative role.
