(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – During the overnight hours of October 21, 2017, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting enhanced patrols in the Town of Kilworth in response to community concerns regarding overnight vehicle entries and thefts from motor vehicles.
At approximately 1:30 a.m., a patrol officer spotted two persons walking in the darkness of night.
As a result of the investigation, two males are facing weapon and property related charges pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada.
41-year-old male, Joseph DICKEY of London has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Possession of Break In Instruments.
35-year-old male, James BOBIER, also of London has been charged with Unauthorized Possession of Weapon.
Both parties were released by a Promise to Appear (PTA) and will appear in London Court on November 27, 2017.
