(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 23-year-old female after police investigated an incident at an 8th Concession Road, South Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at approximately 9:25 p.m., police received a call a concerned resident reporting a suspicious vehicle that was stopped in the middle of the roadway. Officers arrived on scene and subsequently located the vehicle and driver.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 23-year-old Mitchell TOWNSEND of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit.
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Simcoe at a later date.
