(SEGUIN TWP., ON) – On March 23, 2018 at noon, a member of the West Parry Sound Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a traffic complaint of a Commercial Motor Vehicle swerving all over the road on Highway 400 in Seguin Township, Ontario. The officer located the vehicle and spoke with the driver. It was determined that he had consumed alcohol.
As a result of the investigation, Scott PREVOST, 49 years of age from Deseronto, Ontario was arrested and charged with Operate motor vehicle – over 80 mg, contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code.
He was released on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound, Ontario on April 19, 2018.
