(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were conducting a RIDE check at Sawmill Road and Brant Road 22.
At approximately 3:55 p.m. Tuesday November 5th, 2013, officers observed a silver 2000 Pontiac turn around to avoid the RIDE spot check. Officers stopped the vehicle and while talking to the female driver, they could smell the odour of alcohol on her breath. The driver was given the Roadside Screening test. As a result of the test he was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Shauna Hill 31 years of age from Six Nations of the Grand River, First Nation is facing the following Criminal charge
Drive over 80 milligrams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on November 29th, 2013 to answer to the charge.
