(Madoc,ON) – On November 5, 2013 Central Hastings O.P.P responded to a call about an intoxicated male that was passed out under a guard rail on Highway # 62 near Blakely Lane in Madoc. As a result 50 year old Sherman LESSARD of Oshawa, ON was arrested and charged with Being Intoxicated in a Public Place under the Liquor Licence Act. He was held in custody until sober.
