(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are continuing their investigation into a collision which occurred on Highway 40 near Dover Centre Line on November 7, 2013 just before 10:00 a.m. Investigation has determined that a Chrysler car crossed into the path of an oncoming cement truck.
The deceased driver of the Chrysler car has been identified as Jeffrey RUBLIK, age 44, from Wallaceburg, ON.
The male driver of the cement truck, Ian TESSIER, age 37, from Lakeshore, ON was taken to Chatham-Kent Health Alliance with minor injuries where he was treated and released.
The investigation is continuing. Charges are not anticipated.
