(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On Friday November 8, 2013, Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving a tractor trailer and a pickup truck just before 5 a.m. on Highway 401 eastbound near Charing Cross Road.
While officers were speaking with the driver of the pickup truck, 27 year old Ryan LOZEN from Marine City, MI, it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages.
Subsequent tests indicated that he was over the legal limit and will appear in a Chatham Court on November 29, 2013 to answer to the charges of Impaired Driving and Drive Over The Legal Limit.
No injuries were sustained as a result of the collision.
