During the early morning of Saturday November 9, officers on patrol observed a male walking around Sioux Lookout, who was known to be on conditions from a previous bail release. The investigation revealed that the subject was not abiding by their court imposed curfew. As a result, 26 year old Johnathan MAKAHNOUK of Sioux Lookout was arrested and charged for breach of his release conditions. MAKAHNOUK remains in custody and will appear in Sioux Lookout bail court on November 12, 2013.
