Officers while on general patrol Saturday stopped to assist a stranded motorist in the area of Dunlop and Anne Street. The male driver’s behavior was not as to be expected and he grew increasingly evasive declining any help. Officers made a few queries and as a result discovered the 29 year old Toronto male was breaching a condition of his undertaking. The male was arrested without incident, transported to Barrie Police Headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
