(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Sunday morning November 14, 2010 around 4 a.m. Perth County OPP officers were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision along Hwy, 8 west of Shakespeare.
At the scene a small SUV was located in the north ditch. The driver failed a roadside breath test. The driver was subsequently transported to the Stratford Police Station where Intoxilyzer tests were administered. As a result of these tests, Kristina Bucek of Stratford was charged with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs. of alcohol in 100 ml. of blood and with careless driving. She is to appear in Stratford Criminal Court on Monday December 20, 2010 to answer to these charges. She was also served an immediate 90 day drivers licence suspension.
