(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 26 year old male after police observed a suspicious male at a Colborne Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, November 9, 2013, at approximately 12:27 a.m., police were conducting foot patrols in the area of Colborne Street North and Young Street, when a male attracted an officer’s attention.
Charged with possession of Marihuana, possession of a Scheduled 1 Substance and being intoxicated in a public place is 26 year old Peter CEDAR of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
