(KINLOSS TWP, ON) – On November 13th, 2010 at 3:44 pm, South Bruce OPP officers were conducting R.I.D.E. on County 6 in Kinloss Twp, when a vehicle approached with open alcohol inside.
37 year old Robert BUCKLE of Teeswater is charged with Having care or control of a motor vehicle with open alcohol. The South Bruce OPP is sending out a reminder; the only places to legally drink alcohol are a licenced premise, residence or private place.
