(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On May 24, 2018 at approximately 8:31p.m., officers from the Quinte West Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Meyers Creek Road, in the City of Quinte West.
The driver, Roxanne DUFF, 36-years-old, of Quinte West was arrested and charged with:
Driving While Ability Impaired s. 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada (CC); and with
Driving with more than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood s. 253(1)(b) of the CC.
Careless Driving S.130 Highway Traffic Act (H.T.A)
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on June 21, 2018 at in Belleville, Ontario.
