(Rockland, ON) On November 17, 2013 OPP Constable Joe Barbe was on patrol on St-Jacques Street in Rockland. The officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. When the officer spoke to driver he noticed some illegal substances in the vehicle. The officer investigated the matter and as a result some illicit drugs were seized.
Luc DECARIE, 36 years old from Rockland will have to appear in L’Orignal court on December 18, 2013 to answer to the following charges:
CDSA 4(1) Poss of a Schedule I Substance- Other Drugs
CDSA 4(1) Poss of a Schedule II substance- Cannabis Marihuana – under 30grams
CDSA 4(1) Poss of a Schedule II substance- Cannabis resin – over 1gram
The driver will also have to attend L’Orignal traffic court to answer to the following offence:
HTA 53(1) Driving while under suspension
