Stephen COMISSO – Drunk Driving

(Rockland, ON) On November 11, 2013, OPP Constable Marc Leblanc responded to traffic complaint on Richelieu Street in Rockland. It was reported to the officer that a Dodge Dakota was travelling all over the road from Ottawa into Rockland. The vehicle was located in front of the Wal-Mart in Rockland. The officer observed the vehicle drive over the curb just before it came to a stop. The officer approached the driver and noticed signs of alcohol impairment. The driver was transported to the OPP office for some tests. The driver provided some breath samples into the intoxilyzer. The test results exceeded the legal limit permitted by law.  

Stephen COMISSO, 26 years old of Sudbury will have to appear in L’Orignal court on December 4, 2013 to answer to the following charges:

CC 253(1) (a) Driving While Ability Impaired

CC 253(1) (b) Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood

He was also issued a provincial offence notice for the following infraction:

HTA 44.1(3) Novice driver – B.A.C. above zero
