The Owen Sound Police Service Auxiliary Unit has teamed up with the local branch of the Salvation Army to collect non-perishable food items or cash donations for the Holiday Season food drive.
Volunteers from the Owen Sound Police Auxiliary Unit will be assisting the Salvation Army in accepting and collecting donations at the following locations and times:
Saturday November 23rd -9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Metro Foods
Friday November 29th -9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Zehrs Food Market
Saturday November 30th – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Zehrs Food Market
Saturday December 7th, -9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Food Basics
The Salvation Army Food bank is in need of non-perishable food items to meet the increased need over the holiday season. All food and cash donations are greatly appreciated and go directly towards helping those in need.
