(CHATHAM, ON) On May 25, 2018 around 12:00 p.m., a Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on general patrol on highway 401 near Bloomfield Road when they stopped a motor vehicle for a traffic violation.
While speaking with the driver, the officer discovered the driver was currently suspended from driving.
As a result, the male driver, Robert QUICK, 22-years-old of Windsor, Ontario was charged with the following Highway Traffic Act offences:
driving while under suspension,
windshield obstructed, and
drive motor vehicle, fail to display two plates.
