(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 21 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Norfolk Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, November 21, 2013, at approximately 11:11 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk Street North and Queensway East, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
Charged with Fail or Refuse to Provide Breath Sample and Fail to Comply with Recognizance is 21 year old Joshua Pedro SANTOS of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
