(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) -On November 22, 2013 at approximately 2:21 a.m., officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) were conducting a R.I.D.E. Program on Highway 6 and College Avenue, Guelph. The male driver of a 2009 Honda was investigated and marihuana was located.
Kevin Lefebvre age 24 of Burlington has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30g contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act.. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 7, 2014 to answer to the charge.
