(LUCKNOW, ON) – On November 23rd, 2010 at 9:00 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer was on patrol in the village of Lucknow when a vehicle was observed travelling at a high rate of speed. A speed of 106 km/h was indicated on the radar. The officer followed the vehicle and signalled the driver to pull over using the cruiser’s emergency lighting. The vehicle continued along Campbell Street in Lucknow, then turned onto Ross Street, Lucknow, where the driver finally pulled over. 40 year old Nancy Appleby of St. Thomas is charged with Speeding, Fail to stop for police and Fail to surrender insurance card.
