Citizen Online Reporting

Have you lost your wallet, identification, licence plate, or any other property that needs to be reported to police?

Has someone stolen something from within your vehicle, caused damage to your vehicle or any other property, where there is no witnesses or evidence, such as video surveillance?

The London Police Service continues to carefully manage resources, research best practices and explore alternate processes to ensure efficient and cost effective service delivery for the citizens of London.

Instead of waiting for a police officer to attend your residence, citizens are encouraged to report online these incidents that have occurred in London.

Citizen online reporting allows the public to enter online reports for minor incidents via the London Police Service website without an officer attending. After the report is submitted, the report is acknowledged, reviewed, validated and electronically loaded directly into the Records Management System. This provides the public a more convenient method for reporting minor incidents.

To learn more about what can be reported online, or to report something online, visit the London Police Service website.
