On November 21 2013, members of the Barrie Police ICE (Internet Child Exploitation) Team and Criminal Investigation Division, in partner with members of the Ontario Provincial Police Strategy Team, executed a search warrant on a Barrie address. As a result of the search, a 26 year old Barrie man has been arrested and charged with several offences. These offences include; sexual assault, sexual interference, sexual exploitation, making child pornography, distributing child pornography, accessing child pornography and possession of child pornography.
The male will appear in bail court on November 22 2013.
