(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment was contacted by a concerned homeowner at a Charlotteville Road 2, Charlotteville, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, November 23, 2013, at approximately 2:52 p.m., a homeowner observed a pick-up truck with a large trailer backing into their property. The resident attended the area where the vehicle was observed and confronted two males and subsequently contacted police.
As a result of police investigation, 27 year old Jason Kenneth James WALKER of Norfolk County, Ontario was charged under the Environmental Protection Act with abandoning materials likely to become litter.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
