(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – On Tuesday November 26, 2013 at 11:15 a.m. members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a transport truck rollover on the Highway 401 eastbound on ramp at Wellington Road in the City of London.
Police closed access to both eastbound ramps from Wellington Road to assist with the removal of the vehicle for a period of six hours. The driver sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision.
As a result of an investigation police have charged the driver Ryszard KRAWCZAK, age 70 of London, ON with a traffic related offence of Failing to Drive in a Marked Lane as per Section 154(1)(A) of the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). The driver was issued a Provincial Offence Notice and released from the scene without incident.
