3 INGERSOLL MEN CHARGED

(INGERSOLL, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid several charges in relation to an incident which occurred in Ingersoll in the early hours on Saturday, November 23, 2013. The incident began with mischief occurring at a residence on Thames Street North, leading to a physical altercation at a second Thames Street North address.

As a result of the investigation 3 males known to each other were all charged under the Criminal Code of Canada.

21 year old Myles DESNOMIE of Ingersoll:

(will appear by video at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on November 28, 2013)

Uttering Threats – Cause death or bodily harm (2 counts)

Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose

Break, Enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence

Robbery with Theft

Mischief Under $5000

Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 – in Canada

Assault with A Weapon (2 counts)

Theft Under $5000

18 year old Tanner STEEVES of Ingersoll:
