(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) -On November 30, 2013 at approximately 3:32 a.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Festive R.I.D.E. team set up a R.I.D.E. Program on Highway 7 and Woolwich-Guelph Townline, Guelph-Eramosa Township. A male driver of a 2001 Volkswagen showed signs of alcohol consumption. A roadside screening device test was used and a fail was registered.
Leandro De Oliveira ABRANTES age 27 of Kitchener has been charged with Over 80 mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 14, 2014 to answer to the charge.
