(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 21 year old male after police received a report of a stolen vehicle from a New Lakeshore Road, Woodhouse, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, December 2, 2013, at approximately 10:11 a.m., police received a report of a stolen vehicle that was described as a 2006 Brown Nissan Altima.
At approximately 11:35 p.m., police located the vehicle and subsequently arrested the driver without incident.
Charged with Theft Over $5,000 is 21 year old Cody Douglas FRANCE of Brant County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
