(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Wednesday December 4, 2013 just before 9:00am employees of the Huntsville Place Mall Pharmacy went into the store to find that it had been broken into. Sometime around 3:00am unknown culprits broke into the exterior door of the pharmacy, once inside they managed to pry into the safe that stored narcotics. The culprits also removed cash that was in the cash register.
The pharmacy remained closed for a few hours while the Huntsville detachment Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO) assisted in the investigation.
Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) would like to remind the public that if narcotics are ingested and not taken as prescribed could result in serious illness or death.
