The Guelph Police have received two recent reports of thefts of purses from a grocery store on Eramosa Road. The first incident occurred on November 25 and the second on December 3. In both incidents, female shoppers left their purses on the shopping cart while selecting items from the shelves. A male suspect, believed to be the same in each incident, grabbed the purses and fled the store.
Description of suspect:
Extremely thin white male, approximately 50 to 60-years-old, approximately 5’9 to 5’10”
