(Douro Dummer Township, ON) – On Wednesday, December 4, 2013 officer from the Peterborough County OPP Detachment were called to a Birchview Road residence in response to a vandalism call.
Upon arriving officers were advised that between December 3 and December 4 2013 a brick had been thrown through the front window of the complainant’s residence.
After a brief investigation it was revealed that the suspect was the ex-wife of the home owner.
As a result of the investigation a 49 year old female resident of Oshawa was charged with Mischief Under $5000.
The female was released from custody with a future court date of December 19 2013, in Peterborough Provincial Courts.
