Barrie Police responded to a call on Bayview Avenue regarding a young girl who was out of control. Upon arrival, police were met by an irrational 18 year old girl who was loud and swearing at police. She was trying to fight with the officers and was yelling obscenities and threats at her mother. The young woman was behaving irrationally and as the officers were getting her to exit the location, she then spat at her mother. The attending officers arrested her and escorted her out of the building. She was charged criminally with Assault and utter Threats and was held in custody pending her Bail hearing on December 9th, 2013. No one was injured during this incident.
