(Selwyn, ON) – On Saturday December 7, 2013, at approximately 5:38 am officers from the Peterborough County OPP investigated a motor vehicle at a RIDE check set up on Chemong Road.
Officers were conducting RIDE on Chemong Road stopped a Ford Fusion and entered into an investigation with the driver.
As a result of the investigation 30 year old Cody SMITH of Whitby was arrested and charged with Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
SMITH was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on January16, 2014.
