(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment was contacted by a concerned homeowner at a Windham Road 14, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, December 6, 2013, at approximately 3:57 p.m., a homeowner observed a male at the front door of the residence. While the door was being answered, the resident observed another unknown male at the rear door.
Both males fled from the property when they realized that the homeowner was inside.
The first male is being described as a black male, wearing a black hooded sweater and blue jeans.
The second male is described as a white male, wearing a hooded sweater with the hood pulled up over his head.
Both fled to a parked vehicle that was located on the property. The vehicle is being described as an older blue coloured van.
