(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH, ON)- The Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were flagged down by concerned citizens on December 9, 2013 at noon on Victoria Street and Paris Street in the Town of New Tecumseth.
A male was located on the sidewalk by Officers, he was not injured or in medical distress but intoxicated, he was arrested under the Liquor Licence Act.
Charged is 68 year old John CLARK of Adjala-Tosorontio, he is charged with Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order (Criminal Code of Canada) and Being intoxicated in a Public Place (Liquor Licence Act). He was released with a court date of January 30, 2014.
