(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised of a possible impaired driver on the 403 Highway.
At approximately 7:53 p.m. Wednesday December 11th, 2013, officers patrolled the area looking for a small blue Toyota. Officers located the vehicle on Brant County Road 18 a short time later. While the officer was talking to the driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The female driver was transported to the Brantford City Police Service for Intoxilyzer Tests.

Drive over 80 milligrams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on January 10th, 2014 to answer to the charge.
